Quintet Style (winner stays on)

When you create team brackets, you have the option to have it as a "One to One“ or "Winner stays on," which is commonly described as a Quintet format (the name comes from the Japanese organization that invented this format).

When you go to a team match that has been set up with the Quintet format, it will look very similar to the one-to-one matches, except it's only the first match that has seeded athletes. The one who wins will stay on and face the next opponent in the other team's line-up.

Under the matches, you have the seed line-up. If the registered number of team members exceeds the team size, they will be placed as reserves.

You can edit the line-up by clicking Edit seed. Then just drag and drop the athletes to make the changes. Don't forget to press Save changes when you're done!

Manually choose the next opponent

When you create the bracket you have the option to manually choose the next opponent, instead of basing it on the seed line-up.

Click on Edit Seed to drag and drop the first opponents to the first match, and press Save Changes once you're done.

You can also select athletes straight from the scoreboard. Once you open up the scoreboard or a new match you will be asked to select an opponent from one of the teams.
