Manage an affiliation

As an affiliation manager there are different things you can control about the affiliation. To access your affiliation go to My account and press Affiliation manager.

If you want to become a manager of an affiliation, send us an email at support@smoothcomp.com and we will help you with this.

At the left side of the page you will have a menu of the different affiliation pages.

Home

The home page will show an overview of information about the affiliation. You are also able to see associated academies.

Academies

This page lists all academies associated with the affiliation. If you are a manager or coach of an academy you also have the option to join the affiliation from here.

Manager

If you go to Academies under Manager you control the academies that are associated with the affiliation. Here you can:

• See who is admin of the affiliation

• Reject existing academies

  

• Approve/Reject pending academies, if you have chosen to manually approve new academies

  

On Settings under Manager you control all the settings of the affiliation. From here you can:

• Change name of the affiliation
• Add information like country, city, adress, add a person in charge, contact info (email and phone number) and web site to the affiliation
• Write an info text about the affiliation
• Add a logo and a cover image
• Activate/deactivate if you want to approve new academies when they become members of the affiliation
