Connect your academy to an affiliation

In some sports, an Academy is also part of an Affiliation. To establish this connection in Smoothcomp, the Academy must be linked to the Affiliation. This can only be done by the Academy manager.

Some Affiliation managers require manual approval for applications, so it might take some time to get their confirmation. They will receive an email to review and confirm the request.

Connect the Academy to the Affiliation

1. Go to Coach manager and choose the academy to connect to a affiliation

2. Look up the page called Manager and then Affiliations

3. On this page, search for your desired Affiliation and click Apply.

After this is done, anyone who represents your academy automatically will represent the affiliation as well!
