Connect your academy to an affiliation

In some sports the Academy also belongs to an Affiliation. In order for this connection to happend in Smoothcomp the Academy and the Affiliation needs to be connected. Only the Academy manager can connect an Academy to an Affiliation. 

Some Affiliations manager requires manual approval of any application so it might take some time to get their confirmation (they will get an email to confirm the request). 

Here are the three steps you as a manager for an Academy needs to complete to connect the Academy to the Affiliation.

1. Go to your Academy manager

2. Look up the page called "Manager" / "Affiliations"

3. On this page, search for your desired Affiliation and apply.

After this is done, anyone who represents your academy automatically will represent the affiliation as well.
