How to change the visibility on your event

Go to your event page, press the Admin button and go to settings.

At Settings you can choose between different options on how you want to display your event.

Only organizer - this is the standard setting when you create your event. When active, only the persons who are organizers are able to see your event.

Everyone with a direct link - The event will not show in the Smoothcomp event calendar. It can only be seen if you have a direct link to the event. Everyone with a Smootchomp account can register.

Everyone, also include in Smoothcomp event calendar - Everyone can see and register to the event.
