Edit unclaimed accounts

An unclaimed account is an account that has been created either by:

• A coach or manager upon registering a student to an event
• As a result of an import (this is something that can only be done in rare cases by Smoothcomp)

Unclaimed accounts can be edited by coaches and managers. Once they are claimed, they are no longer editable (except for the user/owner of the account).

These accounts are clearly indicated in the list of members on the academy page by the 'Unclaimed' indicator next to the name:

Click Edit profile:

This opens up the Profile settings page. Don't forget to click Save changes once you're done.
