How to use a coupon code

If you cancel your registration the event organizer sometimes offer refunds as coupon codes. Coupon codes can be used as payment for an upcoming event from the same organizer.

Follow these steps if you want to use a coupon code.

1. Go to My Account.

Under "Your coupons" you can find your coupon codes.

2. Copy or write down the text that is highlighted in green. That is your coupon code.

In the blue highlighted text you see which events the coupon code is valid for. A coupon is only valid to the events organized by the same organizer who gave you the refund.

3. Go to the event and register as usual. When you have added the divisions that you want to compete in the code will be available for you to apply or you can fill in the code in the empty field and then press Add.

When you have added your coupon you will see the total amount.

4. Press the button "continue to payment" and finish your payment in the next step.

Note that a coupon code amount can never exceed the total registration cost.
