I have Pro but my activity feed is empty

Your activity feed shows updates from everything you follow! So if the activity feed is empty, make sure that you're following your favorite athletes, events and academies.

I'm not getting any notifications

If you're not getting any notifications the first thing to do is to check the notifications settings. Make sure that all the notifications you want to receive are activated. Some notifications are also connected to you following list, so make sure that you're following your favorite athletes, events and academies!

My next match doesn't show on the Home page

Your next match will show on the Home page when the organizer have created the brackets for the event. So when that is done and you've been assigned a match it will be visible under Next Match on the Home page. Until then, all info about the event and your registration can be found on the page for the event.

I can't see my Live countdown

The Live countdown will be visible on the lock screen on the day of the event! As the day progresses the live countdown gives you the current status of your upcoming matches. If you removed it from your home screen and want it back you go to the app, press Home and in the top right corner you can reactivate it again!

The event page doesn't show any events near me

To find events near you make sure that you have allowed to share your location. Allowing to share your location is done the first time you log in after downloading the app. Should you not have shared your location you can change this in Settings on your mobile. If you still don’t see any events, try increasing the search radius to include a larger area.

My registration isn't in the registration list

If you've just completed your registration and can't see your name on the registration list, don't worry! Give it a few minutes then pull down to refresh and your name should pop-up!

General troubleshooting

Sometimes apps get stuck or don't work as expected. If that happens, there are a few steps we recommend trying. Start with the first one and move down the list if the issue persists.

  1. Make sure you have the latest update
  2. Pull down to refresh
  3. Close the app and re-open it
  4. Log out and log back in
  5. Delete the app and reinstall it
