Forgot email or password

Sometimes you forget your login credentials. It happens! How are you supposed to keep all those logins in your head, right!? If luck strikes out and you can't guess your login, don't worry!

If you've forgotten your password but still know what your email is, hit the button with the text "Forgot your password?" below the login container or click here.

On the page you arrive to, just enter your email address and click Send password reset link.

You'll receive a link where you can reset your password. If you don't receive an email in a few minutes, please check your spam folder and if nothing shows up, contact support at support@smoothcomp.com.

If you've forgotten the email address connected to your account you'll have to reach out to our support directly. When sending your support request, please include any information that might be helpful in our search for your account. Any email that you think could be in use, your full name, any events on Smoothcomp you know you've attended etc. You can reach support on support@smoothcomp.com.
