Download master statistics for federation platform events

For federation platform events you can download master statistics for that event in the form of a .csv-file. Here's how to do that:

Visit the "events"-page

Start by visiting your federation page, and enter the "Federation admin"-settings.

From here, click on "Events".

Open the export options

From your events-page you can click on "Export event registrations" to open up the export options.

Once the options are open, go ahead and select a time period for which you want the export to select from. Note that both date inputs must be filled for the export to be allowed.

When you've selected your dates and clicked "Export", the page will reload and a message will appear telling you that the export has started, and that you will receive a notification once it's ready to be downloaded. If you've chosen a wide time span with perhaps a lot of data, the export might take a while. Since it works in the background you are free to roam around the platform freely while it works. Download the exported file

When the export is done, you'll receive a message like the one below. You can then go ahead and open up the notifications tab by clicking the bell.

From here you can click on your (probably) latest notification, looking something like in the image below. Once you've clicked it a download should start. This process is different between browsers, but is often quite simple and you've surely done some downloading before. The Smoothcomp Desktop App, for example!

From here on you are free to do whatever you'd like with the file, and you should be able to open it in any app of choice able to handle .csv-files.
