Three man bracket, shortcut winner

For brackets with three athletes we have one option called "shortcut loser". The final will not happen if the finalist already met in the first match.

Yoda fights Bruce and the winner will reach the final. Jabba got the bye and will fight the loser in A1.

Yoda beat Bruce and he is now in the final. If Jabba beats Bruce he will reach the final. If Bruce wins the final will not happen (since Yoda already beat Bruce in A1)
