Athletes
As an athlete, your support is provided by the organiser of the event you are attending. Contact information is found on the front page of the event. The organiser will assist you with any and all questions regarding:
- registrations
- payments
- refunds
- coupon codes
- brackets
- scheduling
- etc...
Smoothcomp is the software provider and we do not administer the events on the platform in any way. We have no authority over the events and will in not assist the athlete with event-related questions unless it is requested by the organiser.
