Finding the Smoothcomp ID

Athletes are able to visit smoothcomp.com/id in order to view their Smoothcomp ID. This will help organizers finding athelte's registrations.

Scanning the QR code (for organizers)

The QR code is meant to be scanned by a mobile device like an iPad or smart phone using the built in camera.

Apple iPhone and iPads

Open the camera app and fit the QR code in the display
Click the link

Android devices

If your built in camera doesn't support QR codes please download a QR scanner. For example this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gamma.scan.

Scanning the bar code (for organizers)

The bar code is meant to be scanned with a bar code scanner connected to your computer.

Open Smoothcomp Desktop App, or download it here
Login and navigate to your event
Click the Weigh-in menu
Place the cursor in the user id and scan the code
