More information about our SAAS and SLA agreements

Before you can become our customer you will need to approve our SAAS (Software As A Service) agreement and our SLA (Service Level Agreement). When you create your account (or log in again after we updated) you will need to review and approve them.


First we give you a summary of the steps you need to complete. 

Next step is the SAAS agreement. Please read everything carefully

At the bottom we present the organizations/federations you have access too and you are asked to accept or decline the terms for all of them.

Next step is the SLA, our Service Level Agreement that we offer you.

Repeat the process and accept the SLA and you are done and can start using our services!
